Azrae is the "Lady of Fire" from my WIP novel "As Dreams Collide" (Ellariel are sort of comparable to angels or gods, but not really). The eyes on her wings may be stylized, but they still see everything (and can also blink and move ;D). The eye on her forehead is closed because the child she has bonded hasn't progressed to channelling her magic yet. When that happens, it will open and Iuri will be capable of seeing through her eyes.
