I've only seen this one scene from Peter Capaldi's doctor (so far) because I was and still am tired of Moffat's writing after finishing Matt Smith's run, but dang what an incredible actor!! What incredible acting from all performers in that scene, the depth and weight of the writing... Capaldi's acting was /phenomenal/ and I tried very hard to get the depth of emotion across here! <3 hope you like

It was 99% painted in Procreate but my iPad died and I finished the last touches (and tiny fixes) in Photoshop (so the timelapse cuts off before then)
